Remote assistance provided by phone or remote control. Billed in 15 minute increments to the nearest 1/4 hour. Anything under 10 minutes is free of charge

Reoccurring monthly site visit, 1 hour minimum. Discounted Rate
Onsite Visit (Home and Business)
One off site visit, 1 hour minimum. Visit must be booked 48 hours in advance.
