Twice Monthly Site Visit - Silver Service

Every two week site visit, 1 hour minimum. Discounted rate

Remote Assistance

Remote assistance provided by phone or remote control. Billed in 15 minute increments to the nearest 1/4 hour. Anything under 10 minutes is free of charge

Monthly Site Visit - Bronze Service

Reoccurring monthly site visit, 1 hour minimum. Discounted Rate

Onsite Visit (Home and Business)

One off site visit, 1 hour minimum. Visit must be booked 48 hours in advance.

Emergency Site Visit

Normal Business Hours. 1 hour minimum, 2 hour response time.

Wifi / Network Assessment

Site visit for network/wifi upgrade proposal.

*2 Pricing is $140/mo for 1st device, Each additional device using the same catalog of apps is free of charge, up to 5 devices. MacOS only

*3 Does not include weekend rate, or after hours rate. Onsite may incur travel fee

*4 Canceling appointment less than 24 hours in advance will incur 1 hour minimum billing.
